He made a wrong turn around the belly button, I guess

My kids never really adjusted to East Coast time, so they were up late every night and slept in each morning. But no one had as much trouble as Calvin.

One night in particular, the young angel would not settle down. He ran and giggled and jumped and chattered and poked at his sleeping sisters. My mom took him down to the lobby to let him run off his energy, and run he did! The kid was wound up like a clock until 1:30 in the morning!

Every few minutes the shuttle bus would drop off a group of people coming home after a night in the city. They'd coo and laugh at my little man, and chuckle as they went to bed. One lady summed up the situation very succinctly.

"Did that Sandman make a mistake and put the sand up your a**??"

Yup. Pretty much.

That is too funny! I imagine it would be hard for the little guy having to adjust to the time change. Daylight savings time vs standard time are hard enough to handle! lol

LOL! There is nothing worse than kids that won't go to sleep on vacation...but I guess we can't blame them when life is so exciting! :)
